Have a look at this that comes from this website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;A storyboard is a graphic representation of how your video will unfold, shot by shot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s made up of a number of squares with illustrations or pictures representing each shot, with notes about what\u2019s going on in the scene and what\u2019s being said in the script during that shot. One page it is normally one minute. So your story board should be 1-3 pages long. Listen to music. Have fun. Laugh of your failed drawings. Show friends and see if they understand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t stress at this point. Today is class 17 and you will have time today, next class 18 for 80 minutes and you will ask to finalize it on class 19th, where you will be asked to upload the story board and the requirements at the end of the class with the rest of summative B.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">We won&#8217;t have a checkpoint for B4, I will give you oral comments in class 18th.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Task 4: Story board checklist<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is good to always check on why are we doing this and what are the things you need to make sure to have in your storyboard. According to the same website, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vyond.com\/\">Vyond.com, <\/a>here are the key elements that every storyboard should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shot images<\/strong>: 2D drawings to show what\u2019s happening<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shot number<\/strong>: The number indicating when a shot appears<\/li>\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong>: The primary activity happening in a shot<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dialogue : <\/strong>Any speech that is heard throughout a video (write on the botton)<\/li>\n<li><strong>FX<\/strong>: Any technical effects. Although I don&#8217;t think you will have many of these.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Story boards help you plan ahead and save a lot of time in your shooting: &#8220;a full storyboard has all of the information necessary to imagine how your finished video will appear. Reviewing your images and notes for each shot, you and your team can brainstorm how your video should be adjusted and what resources you will need in production.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is a story board?
