Here are some resources that I found quite interesting:<\/p>\n<p>1. This is a good place to start: How does color affect the way we watch movies? I recommend you to have a look if you are interested in the topic.<\/p>\n\n<p>4. Wes Anderson is an American director that takes a lot of care when choosing color palettes to the point that you can tell if it is one of his movies just by seeing his color choice. He likes to use very bright colors, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anothermag.com\/art-photography\/3586\/wes-andersons-colour-palettes\">this website<\/a> shows you, or this video:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Wes Anderson \/ Color\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/182987900?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n<p>5. In the 90s Polish Director Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski chose to do a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Three_Colours_trilogy\">Three colors Trilogy<\/a>, each dedicated to one of the colors of the French Flag.\u00a0Here is the trailer to Blue:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Trois Couleurs : Bleu (1993) Trailer\" width=\"560\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Hxu6my_t4pM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n<p>10. And <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tILIeNjbH1E&amp;t=63s\">this last video<\/a> will show you some color choices in movies. Unfortunately most of the movies shown are American so it does not provide such a range, but it is a good place to start seeing how different you can make your movie look.<\/p>\n<p>11. &#8220;The fall&#8221; the first choice in the previous list was created by Indian director Tarsem Singh, a famous advertising director.
